i booked an appointment on honehealth and it was mostly fine, just not as smooth as i expected. there were a decent number of times to choose from, but a couple that looked available ended up not being open once i clicked on them. i had to go back and try a few times, which was kind of annoying. i did get scheduled in the end, so it worked out, but the process could definitely be cleaner and less confusing.

I don’t get why more places can’t do it this way. Hone was upfront about the cost before I got too far into anything, and there weren’t random hidden fees popping up at the end. That matters to me.
