"booking was okay, just a little clunky"
i booked an appointment on honehealth and it was mostly fine, just not as smooth as i expected. there were a decent number of times to choose from, but a couple that looked available ended up not being open once i clicked on them. i had to go back and try a few times, which was kind of annoying. i did get scheduled in the end, so it worked out, but the process could definitely be cleaner and less confusing.

It took, like, a few weeks for me to really notice anything, but my energy is a bit better most days now. It’s not some huge dramatic change or anything, but, you know, it’s enough that I can tell a difference.

"Surprisingly helpful, even though I’m loyal to my usual brand"
I didn’t expect to like this as much as I did because I’ve been loyal to another brand for a while. But I gave it a try for some weight-related stuff I’ve been working on, and it actually helped me feel more on track. I’m kind of torn now because my usual go-to has been solid, but this worked better than I thought it would.

"Quick and Convenient Overall"
I was kind of in a rush when I booked the lab test, so I was glad the process was simple and there were nearby options. The visit itself was quick too, I got in and out without much hassle. The results took a little longer than I thought they would, which was a bit frustrating, but overall it was convenient and I’d use it again.

"Private and easy, just how I wanted it"
I appreciated how discreet everything felt and that there weren’t any awkward calls or weird follow-up emails. The only small thing is I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, so a little more upfront info would’ve been nice. But overall, it was smooth, private, and really easy to deal with.

When I started noticing some side effects, I was a little nervous about what to do next. I reached out, and to my surprise, they got back to me really quickly. What stood out most was that I didn’t feel brushed off or rushed. They actually listened to what I was experiencing and helped me sort it out fast. "Good visit, just a longer wait than expected"
Overall, I had a good experience. I went in hoping the doctor would actually take the time to listen, and they did, which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and they explained the next steps in a way that was easy to understand. They also answered my questions without making me feel like I was taking up too much time. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars was the wait before the appointment, which was a bit longer than I expected. Aside from that, it was a solid visit

"Pretty easy, just a little confusing at times"
Onboarding was easy overall, though I was kind of unsure at a couple points because there was some waiting between steps and I wasn’t totally sure if I needed to do anything. Still, it was a good start and clear enough once things moved along.

"Easy enough to manage, but instructions could be clearer"
Managing my account was easy overall. I was able to find billing and update options without too much trouble, but I did have to click around a bit to figure out where the cancellation info was. I was expecting the instructions to be a little clearer or more obvious. Support ended up pointing me in the right direction, so it worked out. Overall, solid experience and good enough for 4 stars.

I’ve had a good experience overall. It’s easy to stick with, does what I need, and the price feels fair compared to other options. As long as it stays this affordable, I’ll probably keep using it, but if the cost starts creeping up too much, I’d definitely consider leaving.

"Not overnight magic, but it genuinely helped"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with Hone, but I figured it was worth trying since my libido had been low for a while. To be fair, it wasn’t some instant dramatic change, and I don’t think people should expect that. But after a few weeks, I did start noticing more interest again and just felt a bit more like myself. The process was straightforward, and when I had questions, support actually got back to me and was helpful. So far, I’m happy with the experience and feel like 5 stars is fair.

I’ve been using the Hone app for a little while now, it’s been easy. All the stuff I need is right there, so I’m not having to dig through this and that just to find something. Booking was simple, checking results was simple, and the whole thing runs smoothly on my phone. Overall, it’s a nice app.

"Pretty smooth overall"
I had my prescription handled through Hone Health, it was easy. Once it was approved, the pharmacy side seemed to move along on its own without me needing to follow up or chase anyone down. I got the updates I needed, and the refill arrived when I expected it to. I don’t know, there’s not much more to say really—it just worked the way it was supposed to. 5 stars from me

"Clear pricing and no surprise charges"
I don’t get why more places can’t do it this way. Hone was upfront about the cost before I got too far into anything, and there weren’t random hidden fees popping up at the end. That matters to me. I knew what I was paying for, it was easy enough to follow, and I didn’t feel like I had to second-guess the whole thing.

"Helpful advice, but the appointment felt a little rushed"
The doctor seemed knowledgeable, and I appreciated that they actually looked at my bloodwork instead of just making guesses. The lab review was easy to follow, and I can see other customers liking that part too if they want something based on real results.

That said, the visit felt a bit quick, and some of the answers were more general than I was hoping for. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t feel super personalized either. Overall, I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Clear pricing, which was honestly a relief"
I was nervous about what this was going to cost before I signed up, mostly because medical billing is usually a mess and nobody explains anything clearly. That kind of unclear communication drives me nuts. But Hone actually made the insurance and payment side really easy to understand. I knew what I had to pay, and I liked that there were payment options instead of getting hit with one huge surprise bill. So far everything has been smooth, and I haven’t seen any weird charges.

I had a question about my account and was trying to stay totally calm about how long it might take to get a reply, obviously. But their support got back to me quickly, and it wasn’t one of those generic copy-paste answers either. The person actually read what I asked, was nice about it, and got everything sorted without me having to follow up a bunch of times. So yeah, that was a relief

"Easy to Use, Though a Little Much Sometimes"
The website was easy to get around, and I found what I needed quicker than I expected. At the same time, a few pages felt kind of long when I was on my phone, so it was smooth but also a little annoying in spots. Still, overall it worked fine and I didn’t feel lost using it.
